「作品類型」包括不限于 繪畫、水彩畫、水粉畫、油畫、丙烯畫、蠟筆畫、水墨畫、素描、卡通畫、版畫、漫畫、綜合材料等。

【知識產(chǎn)權(quán)】
1、原創(chuàng)性和版權(quán)：參與者必須提交由其本人創(chuàng)作或共同創(chuàng)作的作品，并明確作品的著作權(quán)和版權(quán)。參賽者需確認(rèn)其作品的原創(chuàng)性，主辦方不對作品侵犯他人（或單位）權(quán)利產(chǎn)生的法律責(zé)任承擔(dān)責(zé)任，該法律責(zé)任由參賽者本人承擔(dān)
2、主辦方權(quán)利：主辦方擁有本次活動中所有獲獎作品的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和版權(quán)。主辦方享有對相應(yīng)設(shè)計方案進行再設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)、展示和出版等權(quán)益。如果作品在商業(yè)使用中存在著作權(quán)爭議，由提供作品的參與者承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。
3、展示和宣傳權(quán)利：主辦方有權(quán)對所有參賽作品進行公益展示、報道和宣傳。
4、比賽期間的限制：在比賽期間，參與者不得將作品轉(zhuǎn)讓或許可給任何第三方，也不得將作品用于參與其他與本賽事相同或類似的活動。
Intellectual Property
Originality and Copyright: Participants must submit works that they have personally created or co-created. They must clearly establish the copyright and authorship of their submissions. Participants must ensure the originality of their works, as the organizers will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from the infringement of rights belonging to others. The participant will bear all legal responsibilities.
Rights of the Organizers: The organizers will hold the intellectual property and copyright for all winning entries in this competition. The organizers reserve the right to redesign, produce, display, and publish the selected designs. If any copyright disputes arise from the commercial use of the work, the participant who provided the work will be responsible for resolving the issue.
Rights to Display and Publicity: The organizers have the right to publicly display, report on, and promote all entries submitted to the competition.
Restrictions During the Competition: During the competition period, participants may not transfer or license their works to any third party, nor may they enter their works in other competitions that are the same as or similar to this one.
